- The objectives of the review of the guidelines on the Provision of Mobile Content and Services are to protect the consumer’s interests by means of providing sufficient information that will enable them to make informed decision on the purchase / subscription of mobile content services, improve the provision of the MCS, to encourage better consumer confidence in MCS and to ensure the growth of the industry.
- This Guideline regulates the provision of subscription based services for Mobile Content and Services offered via the Content Provider Access (CPA) platform.
